Refunds and cancellations
Clear rules for refunds on courses, simulator plans, mock interviews and digital products.

| Live 1:1 courses and mentorship | Full refund if you cancel before your first paid class. After that, classes you have not taken in the current paid period are refunded. Classes already taken are not refunded. |
| Data Job Simulator: Pro and Pro + Mentor | Full refund within 7 days of activation, if you have submitted 2 or fewer paid tickets. After that, the plan is not refundable. |
| Mock interviews | Free to reschedule with 24 hours notice. Full refund if we cancel. A missed session without notice is not refunded. |
| Digital products: interview packs, ebooks, projects | Not refundable once the download link is sent, because the files cannot be returned. If a file is broken or not as described, we fix it or replace it, or refund you. |
| Data engineering services | Billed for the hours worked, as agreed in your quote. Unused prepaid hours are refunded. |
2. Try before you pay
Most of what we sell can be tried first: a free 20 minute call before any course, a free first week in the Data Job Simulator, and 240 free interview questions. We would rather you buy once you are sure.
3. How to ask for a refund
Write to billing@datatrailhouse.com or message us on WhatsApp with your name, the service and your receipt number. We reply within 2 working days.
4. When you get your money
Approved refunds are sent within 7 working days, to the same method you paid with where possible (bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa). Fees charged by your bank or wallet may not be refundable.
5. What happens to access
When a simulator plan is refunded, your account goes back to the free week. Your work stays saved. For a refunded course, remaining classes are cancelled.
